There’s no template for the kind of music Delta Society makes. There’s just raw emotion and a gut instinct for what feels right. Based in Tennessee, the 19-year-old producer channels his inner world into dark, bass-driven tracks that leave a lasting impression, and his winning song, titled “Voices,” is no exception.
The song’s inspiration came from a Bossfight track called “Buckshots,” which sparked the initial creative energy behind the production. From there, Delta Society let the process unfold intuitively.
“I tend to play around with and experiment with my sound until I get to what feels right to me in my heart,” he says. Making music for almost 5 years now, Delta Society’s sound continues to expand, including in all forms of bass music and even EDM.
Lyrically, the track stems from the grief and pain of addiction and mental health, thus being given the name, “Voices.”

“To me it was definitely the mental struggles I was dealing with at the time. It helps me paint my inner feelings into something physical.”
Described as dark, ominous and tense, the song is expected to release on all platforms by the end of June. To follow along for this release and more, fans can listen to Delta Society on SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, and Boomplay.
