Ready to turn some random sounds into something awesome? It’s time to get creative with Sample This!, our latest music producer challenge where you take a collection of samples provided by Space Hound Records and turn them into an original track!

The rules are simple: use the samples we provide, get creative, and make something that’s entirely your own. You can chop them up, flip them, stretch them, distort them, or do whatever your producer brain comes up with. Feel free to incorporate additional sounds, collaborate with other artists, and explore any genre you’d like. The catch? The provided samples must make an appearance in your track, submissions must be at least one minute long, and NO AI!

Looking to participate? Head over to our Space Hound Records Discord server! That’s where you’ll find the samples, submit your finished track, and become part of our worldwide community of independent music artists and producers.

We’ll be checking out all of your creations LIVE on YouTube on December 5 at 7 p.m. EST, with hosts (and Space Hound Records team members) Corey and Mike! Did we mention there will be giveaways too?

Be sure to subscribe to Space Hound Records on YouTube so you don’t miss the live submission review!

We can’t wait to hear what you come up with. Happy sampling!
